What Mighty Parking provides?
Meet and Greet valet parking at Heathrow airport terminals.

How does this work?
Your booking and payments will be made online. All you have to do is drive up to the terminal at the given designated point and our valet will meet you there. We will then transfer your car to our secure car compound. On your return, the valet will deliver the car back to you at the agreed time.

Are you insured to drive my car?
Mighty Parking is insured under Trade EX Road Risk Car Jockey policy.

Where will you park my car?
Your car will be parked within 3 miles from Heathrow Terminals 1, 2, 3 and within 6 miles from Terminals 4, 5. 

Is your compound secure?
Our compound is under CCTV surveillance 24/7, with electrical gates, mobile patrol and double fenced.

What are the payment methods?
Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. Credit options are available for Corporate accounts.

Do you accept cash?
We do not prefer accepting cash on arrival but it all depends on your circumstances. In certain cases we do accept cash.

How can I make a booking?
It is very simple! Online instructions are provided and it’s easy to follow.

I am not user-friendly with computers. Can I still make a booking?
You can call us up and we will help you to complete your booking over the phone.

Will my card details be safe and secure?
We do not store any card details and customer details are kept confidential.

Do I get complete instructions of the parking procedure?
Yes you do. Once you have made an online booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail with full instructions.

What if I am a first time user and not aware of any of these procedures?
Not to worry! Just give us a call on our customer service number. Our team will be able to guide you through the whole process.

Can I cancel a booking?
As long as you notify us 12 hours before the collection time, payments will be fully refunded.

How can I change my vehicle details?
Simply give us a call and we will be able to make the changes.

When do I call you on the day of departure?
We recommend that you call us 30-45 mins away from Heathrow Airport.

What if I am late or early than the scheduled time?
If you are running late, please give us a courtesy call and keep us informed.
However, if you’re running early simply park your car at the terminal short stay car park and check in (you will be liable for the car park charges). The valet will meet you at the check in desk/area.

What are the procedures of collecting my vehicle on return?
We require 2 calls from you. First call to notify that you have landed and second to let us know once you’ve cleared your luggage/customs.

How will I find your valet on arrival?
Our valets will have their ID on them and will be wearing our easy Valet Parking uniform.

Would you take care of my valuable possessions?
Yes. As long as you have filled out the form and it should be signed by the valet and you.

What if I return later than the schedule day?
You will be charged for the additional days at the current daily rate. You can avoid unnecessary delays if you could notify us early.
